The Productive Greenhouse was born out of a love of making chutney and relishes with the produce that came out of my large greenhouse at home.
A love of growing various varieties of vegetables, especially tomatoes and chillis; from seed and seeing ingredients develop into fabulous homemade produce has turned into a cottage industry.
With the addition of Jams, Curds and Marmalades, we hope to cater for both the sweet and the savoury side of customers.
This has recently expanded to include handmade artisan Belgian chocolates in a variety of flavours and styles and Truffles for that something special.
All of our products are developed with the aim of tasting great while staying as true to nature as possible. Due to this there are sometimes slight colour variations from batch to batch.
Our products are made in small batches, by hand, so that we can control both the flavour and consistency. We use homegrown ingredients whenever in season and source other ingredients locally to keep food miles to a minimum.
We cover both Nottinghamshire & Leicestershire and focus on weekend events

The Productive Greenhouse was founded by Elizabeth Mullins in 2013 and is regularly accompanied by Jam guru Jane Round at fairs
